Membership Application/renewal 2023

Qualification for Membership: Any retired Hollywood municipal employee receiving pension benefits from the Hollywood Charter Pension Plan or the Supplemental Plan for General Employees, his or her spouse or surviving beneficiary may become Members. Membership in this association shall be open to all individuals who meet the qualifications and pay their dues in a timely manner.
